Our current developments

Current projects include a 3000 acre large-lot development on Vancouver Island Goldstream Heights, a 61-unit gated community in Chilliwack Clover Creek, a 113-acre industrial park in Maple Ridge Kanaka Business Park, and a small affordable housing project Harmony in partnership with the City of Abbotsford.
