Development Projects

Van Maren has developed a wide variety of residential, commercial and office projects in BC, Washington State, California, Alberta and Ontario.

Notable projects include a public private partnership with the City of Chilliwack and the Province of British Columbia for which they won a gold award as the best Public Private Infrastructure project in 2002; a 540 home development in Abbotsford; a 284 unit, 30-storey high-rise in downtown Vancouver, and an 80 unit townhouse project in Redmond, Washington.

Recently completed projects include Halcyon Meadows, a 224-home gated community in Chilliwack and Aria Apartments, a 175-home condominium project in Westbank.

In total, the company has been involved in the design and construction of over 15,000 residential units.

Current projects include a 3000 acre large-lot development on Vancouver Island, a 61-unit gated community in Chilliwack and a 113-acre industrial park in Maple Ridge.
