Development Projects

Van Maren has developed a wide variety of residential, commercial and office projects in BC, Washington State, California, Alberta and Ontario.

Notable projects include a public private partnership with the City of Chilliwack and the Province of British Columbia for which they won a gold award as the best Public Private Infrastructure project in 2002; a 540 home development in Abbotsford; a 284 unit, 30-storey high-rise in downtown Vancouver, and an 80 unit townhouse project in Redmond, Washington.

Recently completed projects include Halcyon Meadows, 224 homes in a gated community in Chilliwack; Aria Apartments, 175 condominium homes in West Kelowna; Harmony, an affordable housing project in Abbotsford, which won a National Housing Award from CMHC: and Clover Creek, 61 homes in Chilliwack.

In total, the company has been involved in the design and construction of over 18,000 residential units.
